Drs. Kimberly Applegate and Dorothy Bulas, Image Gently Steering Committee members, were a part of the team of American
 radiologists and sonographers that provided a workshop and series of lectures in Port au Prince, Haiti.



With an effort to expand international efforts members of the Image Gently Steering committee participated in the 3rd American College of Radiology and the International Child Care Radiology Education Days Conference March 24-25, 2014 at Grace Children's Hospital in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. The conference provided eight outstanding didactic lectures on different aspects of pediatric imaging and on hands-on ultrasound program featuring pediatric patients from nearby University General Hospital and Grace Children's hospital. he session was attended by a crowd of 100 Haitian physicians. The three day conference begin with day 1, synthesized with the clinical information presented at the Symposium. On day 2, the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) radiographs served as radiology cases, merging perfectly with a presentation by Dr. Christine Sajous, a neonatologist from Loyola University in Chicago. At the end of the conference, day 3, pediatric neuroradiology cases, both Ultrasound and CT, were presented. Check out images from this event below:
